Lead development of assigned HCP personal promotional tactics Create and deliver robust field engagement plans Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs Effectively lead cross-functional team of internal and external partners Measure and track performance of key tactics Work closely with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with brand strategies Requirements BS/BA, preferably in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
