CNC Mill Machinist - 1st & 2nd Shift Available Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Direct Hire $28.00 – $46.00/hour $2 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Join a growing precision aerospace manufacturing team seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate advanced CNC equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. What You’ll Do Set up and operate 4–5 axis CNC Mill machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work orders Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling Maintain quality, safety, and production documentation What You Bring Required 2+ years of 4-5 axis CNC Mill machining experience (aerospace preferred) Experience with precision inspection equipment Strong understanding of GD&T and tooling fundamentals Knowledge of shop safety practices Preferred Experience with Mazak machine, Fadal, Toyoda Familiarity with CNC G-code Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance starting the first day of the month following hire 15 days PTO (accrual begins day one) + 12 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Education reimbursement after 90 days Training Schedule All 2nd Shift new hires will start on 1st shift for training (5:30 AM – 6:00 AM start time, or earlier if overtime is required).
