Sales Enablement Manager

Role Summary We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to architect and lead the training and development strategy for our growing sales team. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a builder—someone excited to create scalable onboarding and enablement programs from the ground up. You’ll own everything from designing the onboarding experience to delivering live and asynchronous training, while partnering closely with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps. Your work will directly elevate rep performance, reduce ramp time, and scale our go-to-market engine with confidence and clarity. ⚡ What you'll do Build and lead scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for our sales team Develop a structured, evolving sales curriculum that includes playbooks, modules, and training materials Deliver live training sessions and create engaging self-serve content for continuous learning Identify skill and performance gaps across the sales org and implement targeted enablement solutions Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps to align enablement with GTM priorities Enable BDRs on tools, messaging, processes, and objection handling Track training effectiveness, adoption, and impact using performance data and feedback loops Work with People Operations to align enablement with company-wide onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives Continuously improve programs based on business needs, rep feedback, and performance trends Influence future enablement tooling and systems as we scale What we’re looking for 2+ years in sales enablement, L&D, or training roles Proven ability to build programs from scratch in high-growth or fast-paced environments Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning best practices Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas Experience enabling BDRs across prospecting, sales process, and objection handling Data-driven approach to measuring training impact and performance lift Highly autonomous and self-directed; thrives with ownership Familiarity with enablement and sales tools like Salesloft, Orum, Notion, and onboarding platforms Bonus: Built or led training initiatives tied to product launches or GTM rollouts Who you are A builder at heart—you’re energized by creating structure where there isn’t any Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Naturally curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities Thoughtful and empathetic—able to tailor training to different learning styles and team needs Confident yet low-ego; you bring others along and communicate with clarity and warmth Obsessed with impact—you measure success through outcomes, not activity Motivated to shape a foundational function at a high-growth startup Aligned with Topline Pro’s values and passionate about empowering teams to succeed What we offer $120k-$140k + equity Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Coverage Computer and workspace enhancements Monthly stipend for mental and physical health 401(k) plan (non-matching) Unlimited vacation, 9 company holidays including election day, and 1 personal volunteer day a year Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in scaling a product that can change the lives of home service pros #J-18808-Ljbffr
