Job Summary:
You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s managemen t systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities w ithi n these areas and are expected to understand them. Responsible for preparing and serving of menu items and for cleanliness of assigned stat ions. Ensures the kitchen is kept in a clean, neat and organized condition according to federal health standards.

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $19.25/hr 

• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 

• Shift Type: Full Time 

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 

• Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

• Roasting, broiling, braising, frying and sauté' of entrees.
• Preparing vegetables and garnishes.
• Making sauces.
• Making soups, stocks.
• Preparing menu items for dining rooms and banquets.
• Preparing and serving hot appetizers.
• Performing job - related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Must be flexible and adapt to changes, other duties as assigned.

Job Requriments:

• Basic reading, writing, math skills
• 1 year culinary experience
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Must be a self-starter, fast, and even-tempered.
• Familiar with high quality and fast production service. 
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Food safety certificate
