HOUSTON, TX: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking motivated  Mechanical Assembler to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for product assembly, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and local deliveries. At least one candidate should have experience with port shipping procedures, launch service deliveries, and possess a current TWIC card (preferred not required)

Essential Duties:

• Assemble parts and components by following  blueprints , schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify part quantities and inspect completed assemblies for quality.
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Receive incoming shipments and accurately stock inventory.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete shipping paperwork and product certifications.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Operate hand tools and basic warehouse equipment.
• Drive a company truck to make local deliveries , including port deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with warehouse and office personnel to support daily operations.

Requirements/Skills:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, product assembly, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints , schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current TWIC card (preferred not required)
• Experience with port shipping procedures.
• Experience making launch service deliveries.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in accordance with Non-DOT Medium Duty physical requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
