Radio Brand Manager - Content & Talent Strategy

Overview Audacy seeks next generation Brand Managers across all formats. We look for first‑class music or spoken‑word Brand Managers who demonstrate vision, creativity, top‑level leadership, and a deep understanding of research, talent coaching, content creation, and platform success. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Research, content creation, talent coaching, marketing and promotion creation, strategy building, and social media oversight. Create, manage, and execute the vision and strategy of all brand elements, including music, spoken word, architecture, talent, contesting, production, and digital applications. Qualifications More About You: Required & Preferred: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in radio or media leadership. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple duties simultaneously. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience with and understanding of social media and digital best practices. Outstanding content judgment and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient with media production and broadcast systems. Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours. Willingness to experiment and innovate. Pay Transparency The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $75,000 – $125,000 annually. Salary will be determined by education, experience, skills, abilities, location, and internal and external equity.
