About the Opportunity

As a Professional Development Associate , you'll begin by learning our client service and benefits enrollment process while developing the skills necessary for increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Benefits Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Learn about each client's needs and priorities
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing support following enrollment

Relationship Development

• Build trust through active listening and professional communication
• Maintain consistent client follow-up
• Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families
• Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service needs
• Deliver a positive client experience from initial consultation through ongoing service
