RN Trauma CoordinatorPeaceHealth is seeking an experienced RN Trauma Coordinator to play a critical leadership role in advancing trauma care across the continuum of treatment. This is an opportunity for a passionate trauma nurse to move beyond bedside care and drive clinical excellence, quality improvement, program development, and patient outcomes within a designated trauma center.Working closely with the Trauma Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team, you'll serve as a clinical expert, educator, advocate, and change agent, helping ensure that every trauma patient receives the highest standard of care from arrival through recovery.Schedule: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Days Work Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts Salary Range: $55.98 - $83.96 per hour Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, training, seniority, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.Why This Role MattersTrauma care extends far beyond the Emergency Department.
