Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based | Oxon Hill, MD Make a meaningful impact by helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team in Oxon Hill, Maryland . Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference throughout the school year. Position Overview As a school-based SLP, you'll provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across a K-12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. - Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultative speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Location: Oxon Hill, MD 20745
- Employment Type: Contract
