Senior Vice President

We are working with a client on a Senior Vice President role to lead strategic, operational, and financial performance across a large, complex, multi-site foodservice and operations platform. This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a proven operator who can lead through scale, complexity, and transformation while driving service excellence, quality, compliance, safety, profitability, and team performance. This person can be located in any of the following: Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Charlotte w/ Charlotte being the preferred location What You’ll Do Lead enterprise operations across production, quality, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and field operations. Develop and execute strategies that support growth, profitability, market expansion, and operational consistency. Drive performance through KPIs focused on productivity, service levels, quality, safety, compliance, and margin improvement. Lead large, geographically dispersed teams and build a culture of accountability, inclusion, engagement, and high performance. Sponsor transformation initiatives, process improvements, and organizational change efforts. Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions to align execution with business priorities. Build trusted relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive executive-level operations leadership experience. Experience leading complex, multi-site operations in foodservice, food manufacturing, hospitality, consumer products, supply chain, or a related industry. Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and profit optimization experience. Proven success improving operational performance, quality, safety, compliance, customer outcomes, and organizational capability. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, complex reporting structures, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional operating models. Strong executive presence, business acumen, communication skills, and ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred. Military leadership, service, and/or operational experience is highly preferred.
