Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst 2, you will be part of the Technology Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a customer‑focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technology Operations Analyst 2 Location: Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; Irving, TX; Chandler, AZ What's the Job? Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations improvements. Evaluate basic or tactical challenges requiring research and evaluation. Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, focusing on restoring business services. Review, analyze, and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, and documented changes. Develop knowledge of business cycles and assess the impact of technology events on the organization and support areas. What's Needed? 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Solid technical foundation in identity and access management (IAM). Experience processing access requests through ticketing and workflow systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple IAM functions or queues. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach. What's in it for me?
