UC Davis Health seeks a Labor Relations professional to provide strategic support to management in grievances, arbitration, and labor actions, ensuring consistent application of agreements and our labor relations philosophy across units. Under the direction of the ELR Director, you will respond to demonstrations, advise managers, conduct training, and prepare witnesses and arguments for hearings.
