Join us to own a product that is impacting millions of lives in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.Job Description:As a Shopee Product Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to review feature requests, provide UAT support, and manage end-to-end bug tracking. You will drive effective communication throughout the debugging process, identify and propose temporary solutions when needed, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.Job DescriptionCapable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environmentCan handle the request on feature improvement and be familiar with the requirement managementBeing able to understand the system, feature and function mechanismCapable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC and potential work planRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceDetail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projectsSelf-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with strong customer focusStrong stakeholder management skills with customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a willingness and attitude to learn new tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and English speaking is a must in order to collaborate with internal stakeholdersBasic understanding of e-commerce concepts and online marketplace operations (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
