Assessment Specialist - Behavioral Health

Full-time position with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

The Assessment Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health assessments to adults in a structured psychiatric setting. The role involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to safety and crisis management protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current NC or compact RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Preferred experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, particularly with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Social Work/Counseling.
