REGIONAL MANAGER Reports to: Regional Director FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt Safety Sensitive Position: Yes Position Overview The Regional Manager maintains the pulse of properties and team morale across a designated portfolio, ensuring Engage standards, policies, and procedures are upheld while driving occupancy and delinquency goals across all properties. Key Responsibilities Maintain pulse of properties and team morale in designated portfolio Collaborate and communicate with Property Managers daily to ensure: Engage standards are being upheld Engage policies and procedures are being followed Engage occupancy and delinquency goals are being met Analyze weekly Property Manager reports for accuracy and opportunities, then submit to owners and Executive Team Ensure accuracy of all property reports Empower Property Managers to provide feedback (positive or negative) and document it promptly Collaborate consistently with the Regional Maintenance Manager Serve as final decision-maker for conditional applications, SODAs, property expenses, and collection accounts Foster a culture of open communication and healthy conflict, specifically with Property Managers Conduct a minimum of one quarterly onsite property meeting for all properties in designated portfolio Monitor and maintain all business licenses Maintain the Operations Guide Maintain Property Manager group text Serve as backup for Property Manager and Director of Operations Lead weekly Property Manager conference call Complete all training as required Required Meetings Weekly Property Manager conference call Weekly tactical Quarterly executive offsite Quarterly property onsite Monthly occupancy Monthly strategic Ad hocs as needed State of Engage annual meeting Position Details Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person — Home Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
