Construction Project Manager

Our client is a well-established construction management firm with a strong presence throughout Florida. They deliver complex commercial and mixed-use developments and are known for building experienced project teams, maintaining long-term client relationships, and executing large-scale projects across multiple sectors.

Manage core-and-shell construction activities for a large retail development. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Lead communication with ownership, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor construction progress, cost controls, and risk management initiatives. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and contract requirements.

A successful Project Manager should have: Project Manager experience with a general contractor. Strong background in commercial concrete, foundations, and shell construction. Experience delivering commercial or multifamily developments. Local Florida construction experience is required. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Annual salary between USD 120,000 and USD 140,000. High-profile 260,000 SF commercial retail development. Direct interaction with senior operational leadership. Long-term opportunity within a growing Florida construction platform.
