Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Role: Provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies such as exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and mobility interventions in a Long Term Care setting. Monitor patient progress, educate patients and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare teams, supervise PT Assistants, and participate in facility meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of PT experience, LTC or rehab experience required, active Massachusetts PT license, and new graduates with Level II clinical experience are welcome.
