US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist in Fort Myers, Florida, to join their expanding practice at HealthPark Medical Center. You will work in a dynamic care team delivering exceptional patient care with a robust cardiac case mix. Practice Info HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida Dynamic care team of 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists Delivering over 50,000 anesthetics annually across Lee Health’s facilities in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers Robust and diverse cardiac case mix including structural heart procedures, CABGs, valve repairs/replacements, aorta replacements, and ECMO Cardiac anesthesia performed with medical direction and low staffing ratios (1:1 or 1:2) 75–80% focus on cardiac cases, complemented by general, vascular, endoscopy, cath lab, and OB cases Responsibilities Cardiac Anesthesia Compensation $600,000 base salary $100,000 sign-on bonus Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $575,000 Benefits Relocation reimbursement Health, Dental and Vision insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Basic and supplemental life insurance and AD&D Profit sharing with immediate 401k matching contributions Continued education and professional reimbursement fund Liberal time off program Malpractice Paid Shift & Schedule Duration: Full Time Employment Status: W-2 Start Date: Immediate Qualifications Subspecialty fellowship required: Negotiable Subspecialty expertise (but not fellowship) required: Cardiothoracic State license required: Florida All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges Advanced TEE skills required
