Job Highlights

We are actively recruiting W2 and 1099 CRNAs to join our growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital & Cape Coral Hospital. This full-time call taking position would join a team of 30 anesthesiologists and a total of 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers. Our care team model ratio varies from a 1:2 to 1:4 depending upon staffing and type of case. We offer a base starting pay of $230,000 , a $60,000 dual specialty stipend (cardiac / pediatric) and $35,000 singe specialty stipend , daily shift premium time, and additional compensation for call.

As a full-time HealthPark Anesthetist, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation for doing pediatric and cardiac cases.

There is a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesiology care from complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, and over 6,000 annual labor and delivery procedures. - $230,000 starting base salary

Qualifications

• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.

• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
