Sales And Customer Solutions Representative
Solutions-oriented? Positive mindset? If so, a role as a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum might be right for you. In this individual contributor role, you will act as the first line of support, diving deep into customer issues and problem-solving in real time to ensure customer loyalty and strengthen the Spectrum brand.
As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative, you will work from one of our call centers, where you will manage inbound customer calls, actively listening to and investigating customers' concerns. Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction and build loyalty by turning challenging experiences into positive ones, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
Sales and Customer Solutions Representatives have the opportunity to build rewarding careers with us while achieving their financial goals. As a member of our team, you'll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us. Up to 1 year of sales experience required.
