Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruiter at 52xConsulting, you’ll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to guiding them through interviews and all the way to offer acceptance and placement. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruiting experience (any specific industry experience is fine). What You’ll Do Source and identify candidates within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and career goals Meet candidates in person (when possible) or virtually to build further trust and rapport Coordinate and participate in internal strategy meetings with senior recruiters Market and present candidates to clients in a compelling, professional way Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations Support candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding Build long-term relationships with candidates and internal team members Learn the recruiting business from the ground up with hands‑on mentorship What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) A results-driven mindset—you enjoy setting goals and hitting them Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Interest in the AEC industry and professional services Why 52xConsulting 52xConsulting is a specialized recruiting firm focused exclusively on the Architecture, Design, and Construction industry.
