We're hiring a Technical Recruiter for a full-time opportunity based in Somerville, MA. This role is with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. You'll play a key role in scaling the organization by recruiting top engineering and business talent while helping build the people processes that support long-term growth.

You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with executive leadership, and help shape the company's hiring strategy, culture, and employee experience. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth startup environments
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining a high hiring bar
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions
• Employer branding and recruiting marketing experience
• Experience implementing or managing HRIS platforms
• Exposure to compensation planning or organizational design
• Experience with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
• Startup or venture-backed company experience
• Passion for building scalable recruiting processes

The Offer

• $85,000–$140,000 Base Salary
