Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with classroom routines and support, especially within elementary education
• Patient, compassionate approach to managing and responding to diverse student needs and behaviors
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support to teachers and students throughout the school day
• Assist with instructional activities, adapting tasks for students as needed
• Support students during group work, transitions, and other classroom routines
• Help manage student behavior and reinforce positive interactions
• Collaborate in developing strategies to ensure every student’s success
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
