Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staff Professionals Responsible for the full cycle of non‑attorney recruiting, ensuring timely and cost‑effective hiring of qualified candidates. Works independently and collaborates with hiring managers, HR, staffing agencies, and internal systems. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and team dynamics. Partner closely with Human Resources Managers to analyze hiring needs, departmental nuances, and workforce trends within assigned practice group(s). Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan. Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers. Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensation. Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts, providing feedback on candidate quality and fit. Establish sourcing pipelines for key firm positions. Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ATS and internal candidate management systems. Job Specifications Bachelor’s degree. At least three (3) years of related work experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principles. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities. Ability to analyze data to make strategic recommendations. Compensation and Benefits Target salary range: $75,000 – $95,000, based on market location. Full‑time positions are eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, use hands, reach, stoop, talk and hear, and occasionally lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
