Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse Role (Windsor)

In this critical role, youll report to the Director of Care, ensuring effective resident-centered care. Key responsibilities involve supervising team members, enhancing care plans, and acting as a liaison with healthcare agencies and families. You will also monitor performance and provide leadership in daily operations to foster a caring atmosphere.
