Working side-by-side with Batch Compounders, you’ll package items safely and accurately while keeping production moving smoothly. You’ll handle equipment, apply correct labels, and ensure each order is filled just right.# How You Will Contribute***Roles and Responsibilities:**** Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.* Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents* Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning* Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials efficiently.* Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance in making our products.* Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.* Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.* Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects.**Qualifications & Skills Required:*** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.* Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.* Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.* Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.* Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary* Ability to work overtime when necessary.* Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.### ### For more information on our benefits click here.### Starting Pay: $17.00/HR### \*Shift Differential eligible\*3rd shift: Monday - Friday 10p-6:30aThe actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
