Looking for a role where you can bring your energy and love for customer service to a community-focused business? Cohen’s Bagel Company - Wesleyan, located in Middletown, CT, is searching for a Front of House (FOH) Cashier to join our team. We’re a bustling bagel shop known for our fresh, hand-rolled bagels, delicious spreads, and made-to-order sandwiches. If you’re self-driven, punctual, and ready to engage with customers, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do As an FOH Cashier, you’ll be the face of Cohen’s Bagel Company, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handling cash and card transactions at the register.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be an active part of our team.
