Restaurant General Manager

One of New England’s most recognized roast beef and seafood restaurant brands is launching an exciting new mobile events division based in Danvers, MA. This is a rare opportunity to lead the day to day mobile operations that bring our award winning food and guest experience to private parties, corporate events, festivals, weddings, and community events while working alongside an experienced restaurant leadership team. Responsibilities Lead all daily mobile operations and oversee event execution Ensure every mobile event is executed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Hire, train, schedule, and lead team members Create and improve standard operating procedures Maintain food quality, safety, and guest service standards Ensure compliance with all local and state health department regulations Oversee inventory, product preparation, equipment readiness, and truck operations Coordinate with restaurant leadership to ensure each event is properly staffed and supplied Support restaurant management operations when needed Qualifications Management experience with a food truck, mobile food service, mobile catering, or catering operation Strong leadership and organization skills Experience leading high volume hospitality or food service operations Requirements Valid class D driver’s license with a clean driving record Food Protection Manager Certification, ServSafe Manager Certification, or equivalent Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP principles, and health department requirements About us: ASAP Associates is New England's oldest and most established name in hospitality recruitment and consulting.
