Estamos buscando un Asistente de Almacn proactivo y organizado para apoyar nuestras operaciones de almacn. El candidato ideal manejar una variedad de tareas, incluyendo entregas, recogidas, gestin de inventario y operacin de un montacargas para garantizar el flujo continuo de materiales dentro y fuera del almacn. Si tienes experiencia conduciendo un montacargas, una gran atencin al detalle y disfrutas trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rpido, te animamos a postularte.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Entrega y Recogida de Materiales: Coordinar y asistir en la entrega y recogida de materiales, asegurando un manejo oportuno y preciso.
Organizar Devoluciones de Material: Gestionar el proceso de devolucin de materiales, asegurando que los artculos estn debidamente contabilizados y devueltos a los proveedores cuando sea necesario.
Verificar Mercancas: Inspeccionar los materiales entrantes y salientes para confirmar que coinciden con los detalles del pedido y estn libres de defectos o discrepancias.
Despachar Materiales: Supervisar el empaquetado y despacho de materiales para la entrega, asegurando que los pedidos se cumplan con precisin.
Validar Listas de Materiales para Despacho: Revisar y verificar las listas de materiales para cada envo para asegurarse de que todos los artculos requeridos estn incluidos.
Clasificar Mercancas en el Almacn: Organizar y clasificar materiales dentro del almacn para mantener un sistema de almacenamiento ordenado y eficiente.
Reportes Semanales y Conteo de Inventario: Realizar conteos de inventario al menos una vez a la semana y preparar informes precisos sobre niveles de stock y cualquier discrepancia.
Operar un Montacargas: Operar un montacargas de manera segura para cargar, descargar y mover materiales dentro del almacn, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad.
Mantener el Orden y la Limpieza: Asegurar la correcta organizacin de materiales y mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y ordenado.

Calificaciones:

Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Experiencia conduciendo un montacargas (preferiblemente con certificacin).
Experiencia previa en operaciones de almacn es un plus.
Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos pesados (hasta 50lbs).
Gran atencin al detalle y precisin en el manejo de materiales e inventario.
Buenas habilidades de comunicacin y trabajo en equipo.
Habilidades bsicas de computacin para seguimiento y reporte de inventario.
