Position : Personal Lines Account Manager Job Type : Full-time What Are We Looking For in a Great Candidate? Excellent Communication: Superior written and oral communication skills to facilitate frequent discussions with insureds and underwriters using multiple communication methods. Technical Proficiency: Experience with underwriting and rating systems for multiple insurance carriers. Market Knowledge: Understanding of market availability and underwriting guidelines for both standard insurance carriers and surplus lines brokers. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, AMS360, Microsoft Word, Teams Messenger, Microsoft Outlook, and other workflow and document-sharing programs. Decision-Making: Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume, fast-paced environment. Client Focus: A professional who truly enjoys working with clients and providing expert insurance guidance. Licensing: Active 4-40 or 2-20 Florida Insurance License required. Job Responsibilities Client Interaction: Daily engagement with clients, including reviewing policies, answering questions, offering solutions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and handling policy changes and renewals. Cross-Selling: Assist current clients with the sale of additional coverages and provide expertise to help customers make informed buying decisions. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client files and records of insured interactions. Team Flexibility: Willingness to perform other tasks as requested.
