Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a leading, locally owned, and award-winning independent insurance agency in Southwest Florida to find an exceptional Personal Lines Account Manager. This agency is committed to putting clients first and values professionals who share this philosophy and can contribute to their continued success. Position : Personal Lines Account Manager Job Type : Full-time What Are We Looking For in a Great Candidate? Excellent Communication: Superior written and oral communication skills to facilitate frequent discussions with insureds and underwriters using multiple communication methods. Technical Proficiency: Experience with underwriting and rating systems for multiple insurance carriers. Market Knowledge: Understanding of market availability and underwriting guidelines for both standard insurance carriers and surplus lines brokers. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, AMS360, Microsoft Word, Teams Messenger, Microsoft Outlook, and other workflow and document-sharing programs. Decision-Making: Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume, fast-paced environment. Client Focus: A professional who truly enjoys working with clients and providing expert insurance guidance. Licensing: Active 4-40 or 2-20 Florida Insurance License required. Job Responsibilities Client Interaction: Daily engagement with clients, including reviewing policies, answering questions, offering solutions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and handling policy changes and renewals. Cross-Selling: Assist current clients with the sale of additional coverages and provide expertise to help customers make informed buying decisions. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client files and records of insured interactions. Team Flexibility: Willingness to perform other tasks as requested.
