Relocation: Negotiable

Salary: $140K - $160K + Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing with proven experience in the Downtown Chicago market. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges of the Downtown Chicago area, coupled with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Downtown Chicago market to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights specific to Downtown Chicago.
