We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support a growing hiring demand in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for someone who brings persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the employer positively throughout the recruitment process. The person in this role will focus on candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer delivery, and accurate recruiting documentation while helping maintain an efficient hiring workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities and maintain consistent engagement throughout the hiring cycle.

• Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and organized process without leading the interviews directly.

• Present employment offers to selected candidates and guide them through the next steps with professionalism and clarity.

• Keep recruitment records current by entering and maintaining accurate information within the HR system.

• Support day-to-day recruiting activity tied to increased business needs and sustained hiring volume.

• Promote the organization effectively to candidates by communicating role value, workplace strengths, and career potential.

• Track candidate progress, follow up on outstanding items, and help move hiring decisions forward in a timely manner.

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR support role.

• Working knowledge of hiring processes, candidate documentation, and recruitment coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple openings and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in speaking with candidates by phone.

• Experience preparing records and maintaining accurate data in HR or applicant tracking systems.

• Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and professionalism when working through hiring challenges.

• Ability to represent the company convincingly and build candidate interest in available opportunities.
