Physical Therapist (PT) | Lafayette, IN | 2026-2027 School Year
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, school-based position with a supportive school district in Lafayette, IN for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
• Full-Time Position
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Location: Lafayette, IN School District
• School-Based Setting
• Renewal Opportunity: Potential to renew for the following school year based on performance and fit
Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to students based on individual needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students in achieving functional and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the school team
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
Qualifications
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student development and success
