• Mon - Tue, Thu - Fri: 8 am - 5 pm | Wed: 10 am - 7 pm
• 20 patients per day
• Community health center setting
• All ages -- comprehensive family practice care
• Hospital privileges required
• Preventive medicine knowledge required
