Senior Product Manager

Product Manager Job Summary We are looking for a Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while delivering customer-centric solutions that drive business growth. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership to identify customer needs, prioritize opportunities, and bring products from discovery through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, business acumen, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making to deliver innovative, high-impact products in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive advantages. Build short- and long-term product plans that support organizational goals. Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new initiatives. Product Discovery & Planning Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments. Lead product discovery through problem definition, ideation, prototyping, validation, and iteration. Create and manage product roadmaps, epics, features, and prioritized backlogs. Prioritize work using frameworks such as RICE and define clear acceptance criteria. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver successful products. Align stakeholders around product goals, priorities, and success metrics. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product launches. Communicate product vision, progress, and recommendations to leadership. Product Delivery & Optimization Support Agile teams throughout the product lifecycle. Monitor product performance using customer feedback, analytics, KPIs, and ROI. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and regular product reviews. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive offerings to inform product evolution. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, or Enterprise Software. Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product discovery, and backlog management. Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following: Payments, Premium Finance, Banking, Insurance, Lending, or FinTech products. Enterprise SaaS or workflow-driven applications. Product prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF). Market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning. Product analytics, KPIs, ROI measurement, and business case development. Experience leading Product Owners or mentoring junior product team members. Success in this Role You will: Deliver products that solve meaningful customer and business problems.
