Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Location This role is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee. Compensation $15.00 per hour, plus a $0.60 bilingual differential. Additional shift differential and incentives may apply. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in Spanish and English. Assist customers with confirming refunds, processing payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. Offer additional products during each customer interaction to promote sales. De‑escalate unique situations while maintaining a fast‑paced call volume. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor. Work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required. Qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience. Experience working in a virtual environment. Ability to communicate with a variety of styles. Navigate multiple systems and screens effectively. Follow HSN computer system requirements.
