Bilingual customer service agent

The bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative identifies concerns, asks appropriate questions, responds to questions in a concise and courteous manner, and documents all research findings thoroughly. Performs corrections identified during the call and forwards corrections to the appropriate party for further processing or approval when necessary. This position provides complete and accurate information using the department manual and training sessions as sources of information and recognizes priority situations and understands when and how to notify appropriate parties.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Inputting applications accurately and efficiently into the system.
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls, exceeding 50 calls daily, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Promptly responding to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Engaging with customers through chat platforms to provide real-time assistance and support.
• Excelling in multitasking by efficiently managing various customer interactions simultaneously.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective resolutions.
• Communicating with customers in Fluent Spanish and English
