Position Overview Full Time, Professional, Norman Main OU Campus, Norman, OK, US. Reports to the Senior Director, Letterwinner Engagement & Athletics Events, the Letterwinner Engagement Specialist is responsible for leading operations of the Varsity O Association. Key functions include the management of communication and engagement opportunities for all OU letterwinners and supporting special experiences and projects. Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in donor/alumni relations, customer engagement, hospitality, or a related field is required. Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education is preferred. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. Responsibilities Lead operations of the Varsity O Association. Manage communication and engagement opportunities for all OU letterwinners. Support special experiences and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1-2 years of experience in donor/alumni relations, customer engagement, hospitality, or related field. Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education preferred. Occasional evening and weekend work required. On-site role in Norman, Oklahoma. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oufoundation
