Construction Project Manager

We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Williams Construction is an established General Contractor on the island of Kauai, specializing in high-end luxury homes. Project Manager Responsibilities: Work with the management team and prospective clients to develop construction proposals specifically tailored to meet the expectations of the clients Review projects in-depth to estimate costs and develop budgets Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Ensure supplies and materials are in place to complete projects within schedule and budget Review work progress daily Develop and manage all project documentation Communicate and coordinate with other departments and the leadership team on project needs and status What does it take to succeed as a Project Manager with Williams Construction? 5 years experience in a supervisory position. Commitment to customer service Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred Strong motivational skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor How will you be compensated?
