This position requires someone with a blend of strong project management skills and the analytical, technical, and creative skills essential to help our clients forecast, design, plan, and evaluate energy efficiency and building electrification programs. Key Responsibilities:Manage cross-functional project teams from cultivation to project completion, driving impactful and successful results for clientsDrawing on our team’s solutions and delivery expertise, develop strategies to meet specific client needs, manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets for multiple projects simultaneouslyOversee the activities of project teams and support the day-to-day management of the client relationshipOversee the development of high-quality and client-ready work productsLead team meetings and guide, manage, and coach consultantsGuide teams as they deal with uncertainty in evolving and cutting-edge topicsServe as a performance manager for junior staff providing constructive feedback and overall career development guidanceCollaborate with Directors and Partners keeping them abreast of project progress and important developmentsParticipate in solution innovation and sales efforts with current and new clients across marketsClearly communicate (written and verbal) to both internal and client stakeholdersDrive and demonstrate our cultural values through exemplary leadership behavior, people-first approaches, and cultivation of an inclusive, diverse, and safe environment QualificationsBachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related analytical discipline(s)10+ years’ work experience in the energy industry including 5+ years of managing teamsEnergy efficiency and demand response program strategy, design, and/or evaluation, measurement, and verification experienceDemonstrated project management experienceSuperior oral and written communication skills.
