RegalCare at Glen Ridge – Full‑time and part‑time RN/LPN positions available from 11‑7. Sign‑on bonuses: $5,000 for full‑time (≥30 hrs/week) and $2,500 for part‑time (≥24 hrs/week). Position Overview We are seeking compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurses to provide personalized care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure their comfort and well‑being. Both experienced nurses and new graduates are welcome. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts Help residents with personal hygiene tasks Monitor residents’ health and report any issues to the supervising nurse Document resident food and fluid intake Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas Transport residents within the facility as needed Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data Qualifications Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing Experience is not required; new RN/LPN grads are welcome to apply Commitment to providing high‑quality care to residents Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts as needed COVID‑19 Vaccination Requirement RegalCare requires evidence of COVID‑19 vaccination for all personnel and affiliates present at the facility.
