Remote NP for Addiction Medicine & MOUD

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will initiate buprenorphine treatment and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
Reside in one of the eligible states and hold an active NP license. This is a 100% remote, full-time W2 position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
