Schedule: Fort Myers (Every Other Week; Potential to Increase to 3×/Month) Port Charlotte (1×/Month) Naples (1×/Month)

Compensation: $950 per visit

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care across three established outpatient clinic locations in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Naples, FL .

This role is ideal for an OD who values flexibility, predictable scheduling, and meaningful clinical work —without the administrative burden of running a practice or the pace of retail settings. You'll serve senior populations in a structured, team‑based environment where quality of care comes first.

You'll practice within a coordinated, community‑based outpatient clinic model:

• Clinic staff on‑site full time

• Organized scheduling and patient flow

• Collaborative, team‑based care environment

• Value‑based model focused on seniors

CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics—allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high‑quality vision care.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments

• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions

• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans

• Partner with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

• Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

This is not a high‑volume retail model. Our optometrists are embedded within established clinics and represent CMC directly at each partner location.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program

• Active Florida optometry license

• Fort Myers: Every other week, with potential to increase to 3×/month

• Port Charlotte: 1×/month

• Naples: 1×/month

• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• No nights

• No weekends

• No billing or administrative responsibilities
