Housekeeper - Full Time (June - Oct)

Location: 452 ME - 3, Bar Harbor, ME, 04609, United States Base Pay: $18.00 / Hour Job Description We are seeking a hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Acadia Park. This is a Full Time Seasonal position located in Bar Harbor, ME. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel public spaces, have a strong attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service. Work Performed Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting Report and return any guest properties that were left behind Report cases of property damage to supervisor Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management Requirements High school education or equivalent experience Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required Continuous standing 90% of time Lifting up to 50 lbs. (limited) Pushing up to 50 lbs.
