Requirements Keep the work site clean and free of debris. Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision. Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; maintain a positive, friendly manner. Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. What Success Looks Like High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic. Self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Independent decision maker to accomplish tasks. Can lift and carry up to 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary. Can handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and the customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment. Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns, and contributes suggestions for improvements. Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs. Can sit or stand for periods in an office environment as well as in the warehouse (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
