Clerical Position
Under general supervision, this position provides services in various areas of the school district by performing a variety of clerical, word processing, and record keeping duties.
Background to include experiences in clerical related position; work with community members and school age children; experience in use of computers. High school graduation or equivalent, supplemented with coursework or experience in record keeping, and related technical skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude to the public, colleagues, and supervisors Communicate effectively in oral and written form in Spanish and English Effectively perform a wide variety of clerical duties Demonstrate skill in word processing. Learn, interpret, and apply school district policies, laws, rules, and regulations Take responsibility and use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority
