District Manager - Restaurant Operations

Overview

We are seeking a high-impact, people-first District Manager to take ownership of a key Rochester, NY market—an already high-performing region with strong fundamentals and opportunity for continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple locations
• Coach, develop, and retain General Managers and leadership teams
• Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Analyze P&L statements and implement action plans to improve results
• Recruit, hire, and build strong, customer-focused teams
• Manage food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve issues such as waste, theft, and process gaps
• Lead rollout and execution of new initiatives, products, and technology
• Partner with catering/delivery teams to ensure strong guest experience
• Handle escalated customer and employee concerns

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or full-service)
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong financial and operational expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using and adopting new technology platforms
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 (includes uncapped monthly bonus)

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person role
• Travel between locations within the Rochester market
