KS Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Clerk to support warehouse and logistics operations in the Northwest Houston Greenspoint area. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers while managing customer orders, inventory, inbound and outbound transactions, shipments, and customer communications.

This position plays a key role in coordinating operations across multiple warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.

Shift : M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate $19.00-$20.00 ( Pay increase after probational Period + Benefits)

Location: Northwest Greenspoint Area

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers and manage day-to-day customer communications.
• Process inbound receipts and outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and inventory activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor order status and ensure shipments are processed and delivered according to customer deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and quality teams to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and transaction history within company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with customer audits as
• Utilize warehouse and order management systems to process orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate operational records.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Experience with order processing, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Order Management System (OMS) .
• Proficiency with:
• NetSuite
• Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager (3PL WMS)
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology, high-value, or specialized customers.
• Experience working in a multi-site warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, order management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience working with customer-specific systems, SOPs, and service requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

This position supports multiple warehouse locations and requires frequent collaboration with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, inventory teams, quality teams, and customer representatives. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service while working in a fast-paced logistics environment
