Warehouse ClerkJoin the Sunbelt Pawn Team! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll play a key role in tagging and storing loan collateral, retrieving items for customer pickups, and keeping our warehouse organized and running efficiently. This role operates within established guidelines to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of merchandise at all times.Key Responsibilities:Tag and log incoming loan items and assign them to dedicated storage locationsStore merchandise in an organized system that allows for quick, accurate retrievalRetrieve loan and layaway items for customer pickups in a timely mannerClean and prep forfeited/pulled items prior to sales floor placementOrganize and maintain warehouse storage areas for efficient use of spacePull items for transfer to the sales floor or between store locations as neededConduct regular inventory counts and reconcile against system recordsInspect items for damage or missing parts and flag issues to managementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with loading/unloading merchandise and operating basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, dollies, etc.)Adhere to all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and regulatory requirementsReport any compliance concerns, discrepancies, or incidents to management promptlyRequirements:Warehouse, inventory, or retail stockroom experience preferredBasic computer and math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsMust be dependable, honest, and a team playerBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusBenefits:Competitive hourly wageDental, health, and vision insurancePaid time offFriendly, supportive team environment
