As a Life Insurance Sales Specialist, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply your sales skills and insurance knowledge to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. You would work in office with an 8-5 Monday through Friday schedule. This is a highly competitive position and the largest growing Insurance Agency in Marion County!

Responsibilities

• Follow Sales Guide for hot leads provided by the Agency
• Make outbound calls to leads, active prospects, referral opportunities, and prior quote opportunities
• Quote auto, home, and personal lines insurance
• Explain coverage options and sell value beyond just the cheapest price
• Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and active prospects
• Ask for the sale, overcome objections, and close new business
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals
• Ask for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity

Requirements

• Life Insurance license
• Experience selling life insurance products
• Strong work ethic
• Coachable and positive, self-motivated mindset
• Comfort and drive to make outbound sales calls daily
• Competitive
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
